A reproduction of uncanny likeness
Hoho this was from my mortal originally. I shall not include the pictures here :D And it's slightly edited.
Once upon a time there was a universe.
In the universe was a galaxy.
In the galaxy was a planet.
On the planet there was a forest.
In the forest there was a mushroom.
In the mushroom was a little person.
In the little person was a heart.
In the heart there was a worm.
So the worm lived happily.
But the it died. (As all living things do.)
The heart died.
The person died.
The mushroom, too, died without care.
The forest that required the mushroom in its ecosystem died.
The Earth needed trees and died.
The Earth exploded and destroyed the galaxy.
The universe felt nothing.
EVEN WHEN YOU THINK YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE.
YOU DON'T.
And when I read it I was thinking, gosh, that's true actually.
When you think you've made a difference in the world,
you haven't.
