What if they should go? We always dread to think of them
Some days, we dance together
Some days, we cry together

I'll never get over, you getting over me
I always thought peach blossoms, lotuses, hyacinths, water lilies and lavenders had some of the most beautiful flowers.
Actually, I think most flowers are beautiful. Except for, well, some.
And like people keep on telling me, others don't expect me to like flowers. Or use the word 'beautiful' to describe anything.
Also, can anyone help me proofread my commonwealth essay? Please? Drop a note on my tagboard?
It's not all
that long, only 1496 words. Really. And it'll take just a maximum of fifteen minutes to read through the entire thing.
/edit:
“Yes!” Anna shouted when she got home, immediately pre-empting Brynhild’s, Eisa’s and Enmyria’s question. It was their day off today and Eisa and Enmyria had come over before she had left the house, wishing her good luck for her entry request. “Apparently they’re even offering me a scholarship, due to my circumstances and my scores, but that means that I’ll need to quit the job.”
Everyone fell silent at that, until Brynhild interjected, “I’ll take care of your financial needs. I don’t really need the money anyway. Just don’t spend too much, and I’m sure you must have saved up some money from the job, right? Also, I’ve heard that the work is very demanding, so if you have any questions, ask away!”
“She is the science genius after all,” Eisa chortled, “And you can always come to us for help too, okay?”
Anna smiled at that. Who cared about schoolwork when you had friends?
IS COMPLETELY NOT TOUCHING AT ALL JARLINI.
Sigh rushed ending ._. I hate word limits.

But miracles come true I know 'cos here we are
I quote the first paragraph of my commonwealth essay, of which has about 600+ words right now.
And so she made her case, breathing heavily as she slammed her book on the table. Raising an eyebrow, she glared at the man sitting opposite her and sat back down at her seat. Leafing through her mental thesaurus, she tried to find a word to describe him. Odious, execrable, and obnoxious. Maybe even abhorrent?
I find it extremely amusing, personally.
HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KEEP TO THE 1500 WORD LIMIT GRAHHHHH.

I can see so much of me Still living in your eyes
Won't you share a part
Of a weary heart
That has lived
A million lies?
- I've Never Been to Me, Charlene
Anna is epic.
Yoh: If so, then think of happy thoughts!
Anna: Happy thoughts? -pause-
Anna: There are none.
Also. Osorezan Revoir is ridiculously sad.
Okay, now 200 chapters down, 100 left. Personally, I find it quite strange how Lyserg dumped Morphine in the anime and said that he kept her because his father gave her to him in the manga.
...go away, headache.

No one in the world but you and I
Is it just me, or does every amusing game Konami takes always include a "place where all souls must return" quote in some form or other (manga, anime, game, etc.)?
I laugh my hat off.
...before you ask, yes, I am actually currently wearing a hat.
And you know what they say, sometimes it pays to start over again. And sometimes it's something that people should be given the chance to do.
On a really random side note, I think most of the epic wow-it's-so-amazingly-dramatic/hilarious scenes in Shaman King are those that involve Anna. Most of the time. Because of the way she gets so expressionless and it's just. Hilarious. Really, only because you have scenes where everyone is like WOW THAT'S SO COOL/DANGEROUS and all Anna does is frown slightly with her eyes closed. And then everyone starts asking her everything and she'll be all annoyed, which is amazingly amusing.
Also, Math. WHY. I thought of something to add on to the drug addiction thing. "I am doing Math coding in PHP as well as XHTML and drinking coke with ice from an acidic pot."
Did anyone get all the references? Technically meth and ice should be considered the same thing, but I don't care. If you count them separately, then it's eight references. Otherwise, it's seven. I bet you can't figure at least two out, nyeh.

Let's dance in style, let's dance for a while
I realized the fastest way to reboot my computer, and by that I mean going to the shutting down screen and then restarting again, is by whacking the CPU really, really hard.
And ohgod I think I have been playing Shaman King too much recently. Actually I've probably been playing about everything too much recently but random games like the Legend of Phantasia seem to dominate. Also, Capcom, Nintendo, and Square Enix are awesome.
Infocomm was interesting, to say the least. I think Sze Ning and I came up with ideas so ridiculous that they didn't even make sense to us. EXCEPT FOR TWO OF THEM. There was the table and chair one, and the bottle/cooker one. IT WAS AMAZING. We could technically make a functional prototype (cardboard, balsa wood, whatever material you want if you would just provide us with it) of the table and chair one, and make a 3D model of the bottle/cooker. Foldable chairs are awesome.
Let us die young or let us live forever
We don't have the power but we never say never
Sitting in the sand pit life is a short trip
The music's for the sad men
Can you imagine when this race is won
Turn our golden faces into the sun
Praising our leaders we're getting in tune
The music's played by the, the madman

To make you see that I should be with you
I mean, imagine that, Michael is totally the epitome of sarcasm. I approve! I quote, "I'm sorry. You're rich. You're famous." It is also extremely hilarious how she says it all with this totally deadpan face.
Also, yesterday, we were doing 'platoon secret stuff' and then we refused to tell staff (yes, I insist on calling staff staff HAHA THAT TOTALLY MADE SENSE!), so she was all like YOU GUYS DON'T LIKE ME. And so I told her that yes, I didn't like her, and so she complained to christina who was walking by. And then she went like 'she doesn't like me too! Right?' And because it was the expected answer, I said yes. And added a 'how did you know?' in for good effect.
I am extremely amused.
Again, Michael Steele is my idea of an inspirational figure. I mean, she almost literally went to hell and back.

I hold your picture to my heart I'm alone inside the night
-SOB- I WANT TO DIE NOW.
Why am I in entertainment (it sounds terrible). Why are Grace and I i/cs? I officially hate inconvo sec4s right now, :/. And I also hate Huijie and Sarah. That basically sums my current thoughts, I guess?
And yknow today for NDP SM was showing us this animation thing and it was so epicly hilarious, because, well, it was just amusing. And also I am extremely amused at the, well, I shouldn't say this, other people, because we did some weird handshake thing which was kind of random-formal HAHAHAHA.
WARNING: LARGE CHUNK OF UNRELATED TEXT AHEAD. READ AT YOUR OWN RISK.
I also find it kind of interesting how a lot of popular songs and big hits come form the eighties and not the nineties. I guess each decade has it's own musical characteristics, and the eighties was just the exit of country and the entrance of New Wave, and the continuation (and eventual evolution?) of R&B (to contemporary R&B). Then towards the middle of the eighties it was all the jangly pop songs and kind of technopop, as well as power pop and alternative and jazz. Then nearer the end of the decade there were the sudden explosion of techno songs and pop ballads and synth-sounds. So I guess against this sort of backdrop where everyone was moving on to a new decade nothing really stood out, because the 70s just had really big popular bands while in the 80s small bands started emerging and they all sort of imploded in the 90s. So I assume not as many people know about 90s songs.

And she watched him draw and draw
Planes and wings and flying things
From my LJ:
And also, ohgod. "that was awkward" is becoming my new catchphrase. I say it too often, like "my dear" and "darling" and "honey".
I think "I am _______" should be in that list too, actually.
Because it's so
true. And jeez what the hell why are people blaming other people for things that aren't even their fault and why are these people just... accepting it without saying anything?
What the hell is wrong with me.
Woohoo. Also, I enjoy watching gameshows with my mother because we always end up shouting the answers to the TV screen because they're so blatantly
obvious and it's literally
painful to watch those people.
Yup, shows like Don't Forget The Lyrics, Wheel of Fortune, et cetera. Don't Forget The Lyrics is the most epic one, haha. People are so
amusing.
