Tell them a hookah-smoking caterpillar Has given you the call
I love this one, (:. It's from the UXM: Divided We Stand arc I think? Where Mastermind has changed everyone into hippies, sort of.
Haha some people have been asking me to help them edit X-Men images for LJ userpics recently. So now I have some rare images (one very cool unreleased one of Psylocke included! It's in black and white and is really, really, lovely) + my own edits, which usually means playing around with text, colour and transparency. It's amusing how everyone make icons by changing the colours, adding tints and effects and whatnot but I have to do it by fixing transparency. And trust me, playing with transparency is very cool. I can try to find one of my old and previously uploaded ones of Michael Steele.
I've been posting them on tumblr because I really don't want to take up my imageshack space, plus it's already overloaded with tons of other pictures. I love playing with transparency! And font colours, sizes, types! Hmm. Tumblr is so annoying. :/ Amusingly enough, I have Facebook, tumblr, LJ, blogger, now I'm just short of MySpace, Skype and Twitter. Not that I'm ever going to use Twitter, but possibly MySpace...? Anyways. Attempting to personalize tumblr is annoying, because I can't figure out what goes where especially when it comes to doing some html editing. So you know what? Never mind.
I really hate stuff that have been truncated. Such a waste of time, no?
I love Christmas Eve. Maybe even more so than Christmas itself. It's the one night of the year when the entire world just...stops. In those few hours before the dawn - human, mutant, everyone, just sort of holds their breath in sweet anticipation...waiting to see how badly they're going to be disappointed in the morning. In its own tragic way...it's kind of romantic. That's why I love Christmas Eve.
It's true, I tell you.
Kitty: Come on, Scott! This is the White Queen we're talking about, remember? She was our enemy! And you want to let her take the power of the Phoenix?
Logan: Let her go, kid.
Kitty: What?
Logan: She smells alright.
Kitty: That's just the Chanel.
Emma: Dior, darling. Always Dior.
Kitty releases Emma.
Scott: Good girl.
Kitty: Too many guys on this team.
